It is three years since the south Korean puppet warlike forces made public the "National Defence Reform 2020", a provocative plan for arms build-up.

The south Korean puppet warlike forces made public on 13, Sept. 2005 the "National Defence Reform 2020" which aimed at an all-round reorganization of the south Korean puppet army into an aggressive forces equipped both with rapid precision striking capability and up-to-date mobile firepower.

According to the above-said plan, over the past three years the puppets have massively shipped up-to-date war hardware and WMDs into south Korea and staged saber rattling almost everyday including joint military exercises with the U.S., rendering the situation strained.

The arms build-up and war exercises targeted against the north have become evermore frantic since the emergence of the Lee Myung Bak regime in south Korea, in particular.

The Lee Myung Bak group begged the US master for a raise of south Korea´s "position" of purchasing US-produced weaponry to the level of NATO countries to ship into south Korea the necessary modern war equipments without limitation and arm the puppet army, while undisguisedly inciting military confrontation by letting their military war hawks to spat such abusive words as the "preemptive attack to the north", the "real enemy" and etc.

Furthermore, they have revised the "National Defence Reform 2020" in a more dangerous direction, reorganized in all aspects the aggressive military forces in south Korea and ceaselessly staged joint military exercises to invade the north with the U.S. including Key Resolve, Foal Eagle and Ulji Freedom Guardian, thus putting the situation to the worst phase.

In recent days, they blatantly disclosed their ulterior intention to establish the "Joint Military Headquarters", a new commanding system in which they can lead the war against the north, under the pretext to cope with the switchover of the "war-time operation control" and to further complete the joint operation system to invade the north with the US.

Due to the Lee group´s reckless and provocative arms buildup and war moves against the north, the north-south relations have been further deteriorated and the situation on the Korean Peninsula is so tense that a war may break out any time.

All the facts clearly goes to prove that the south Korean puppets are the vicious treacherous groups and war maniacs bringing only misfortunes to the nation, irrespective of the peace on the Korean Peninsula and the destiny of the nation.

The Lee group is talking a lot about "ensuring peace" on the peninsula and "developing the south-north relations for the co-existence and co-prosperity" in a bid to evade the responsibility for having zealously followed foreign forces´ criminal hostile policy towards the DPRK.

But no one would lend an ear to the double-dealing sophism and with nothing can the group of traitors cover up their treacherous and anti-reunification nature.

It is preposterous to talk about "peace" while frantically waging aggressive arms build-up and war exercises in collision with outsiders. It is also an unpardonable mockery and insult to the nation to cry for the "improved inter-Korean relations" and "dialogue" while denying the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration, the landmark of reunification common to the nation and being hostile to the idea and system of the other party.

The entire Korean nation will never pardon the Lee Myung Bak group´s crimes to push into stalemate the favorably-developed inter-Korean relations and escalate the nuclear war crisis, but calculate it to the letter and give a stern punishment.

The Lee Myung Bak group had better behave themselves, bearing in mind that those going against the aspiration of the nation and the trend of the times will only meet a miserable end.
