The Yonggwang Furniture and Building Materials General Centre has been newly built reflecting the growing demands of people for leading more cultured lives in accordance with the developing requirements of the contemporary times. It is in Hyongjesan District in Pyongyang and its floor space is 3,000 square metres.

　

The two-storeyed centre mainly sells pieces of furniture produced at the Yonggwang Furniture Joint Venture Company and, at the same time, tiles, cloth, paper, tools, plywood, electric appliances and household goods.

Since its inauguration in June it has drawn numerous clients every day.

　

          

　

     

　

Different kinds of desks, tables, beds, sofas and ornamental cabinets are especially popular with its customers for their superb quality.
