Successes Witnessed in Second-stage Housing Construction Site 

in Hwasong Area, DPRK 

Pyongyang, July 13 (KCNA) -- Military-civilian builders participating in the second-stage project for building 10 000 flats in the Hwasong area, the DPRK started the plastering of buildings while hastening the overall framework of flats at the final stage.

The construction command takes meticulous measures for supplying materials\and\organizes the work for ensuring the quality of buildings so as to promote the project at a high speed.

Soldier-builders take the lead in creating new norms\and new records by effectively exploring\and mobilizing internal reserves\and launching a brisk socialist emulation among units\and sub-units.
