Pyongyang, February 25 (KCNA) -- Scientists of the DPRK have presented cutting-edge science research papers and methods, startling the scientific world.
Im Song Jin, Jin Hak Son and Kim Nam Chol, teachers and researchers of Kim Il Sung University, were listed on the World Biographical Dictionary as scientists representing the DPRK in 2018. They presented such research papers as "Magnetically-tunable Cutoff in Asymmetric Thin Metal Film Plasmonic Waveguide", "Radiation Effects and Defects in Solids", "Switching of a Single Propagating Plasmon by Two Quantum Dots System" to SCI and NI (Nature Index) international scientific journals.
Im Song Jin, a winner of the February 16 Science and Technology Prize, constructed a theory whereby to strengthen the generation intensity of super continuum generation called as solar laser in nonlinear optics tens of thousands times. And Kim Nam Chol, one of the nation's best scientists and technicians in 2018 and a judge of the international scientific journal, developed a quantum cryptic communicator.
